But the Lord said to Samuel, "do not look at his appearence, or his physical stature, because I have refused him, for the Lord does not see as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearence, but the Lord looks at the heart."

1 Samual 16:7

Challenge events are to challenge students to participate in various activities throughout the year. The events are divided into three categories:

Outreach, Personal growth, & Public participation.

Students worked on puppets, Bible bowl, and Bible reading. Students have been studying the book of 1 Samuel for several months to get ready for LTC convention. Puppets pictured are 7th - 9th grade and are doing a skit on David and King Saul.

Every year we go to Kansas City to the LTC convention. The kids get to show off what they have worked on during the year. Above are some of the pictures that show what the kids participated in at convention. 

The Lord was with Samuel as he grew up, and he let none of Samuels words fall to the ground  and all Isreal from Dan to Beershaba recognized that Samuel was attested as a prophet of the Lord. The Lord contiued to appear at Shiloh, and there he revealed himself to Samuel through his word. .
